These terms apply to online appointment bookings and use of services by elenastore. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Booking Appointments

  • Appointments are booked through our online booking system.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.
  • Clients must provide accurate contact information.

3. Cancellation and Changes

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Three no-shows may result in restriction of online booking privileges.

4. Prices and Payments

  • Service prices are listed on the website. All prices include applicable taxes.
  • Payment can be made by cash, card, or online transfer.
  • A deposit may be required for certain services.

5. Service Delivery

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
  • elenastore reserves the right to refuse service for health or hygiene reasons.

6. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted within 7 days of the service by contacting elenastore directly. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.

7. Liability

elenastore is not liable for damages resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions provided after the service.

8. Changes to Terms

elenastore reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available on the website.
